Inaugurated in 1961, Four Seasons is a well-established, high-end name in the hospitality business, and its quality is globally standardised. In order to keep their hotel in Mumbai well managed, one of the main needs of Four Seasons was to contract a vendor who could not only serve as a facility management team but also oversee guest relations.

Our Services

We were enlisted as Four Season’s Facility Management partner in 2018, to provide our services in their Lower Parel, Mumbai Hotel premises. We have deployed 122 employees to look after their main services including housekeeping services, kitchen stewarding and pantry support services. In addition to these standard services, we also delivered customized services such as floral bouquet arrangements which served as centerpieces in the common areas of the hotel. 

Value Created

It was very important to both SILA and the Four Seasons to maintain a higher level of quality in services in an upscale hotel where aesthetics are of prime value. To make sure that our team was able to match our client’s expectations in terms of service and interpersonal skills with the guests (where necessary), we conducted various in-house training and grooming programs. We closely monitored a BVC (background verification check) to guarantee that the finest workers are vetted and employed. We also used our proprietary technology platform ‘SILA Connect’ to avoid any compliance hindrances and streamline onboarding and quality checks.



Having been on the Services and Operations side of Real Estate since 2010, SILA has developed expertise in Project Planning and Execution.
