Located on the West Coast of Maharashtra, JSW Dolvi Works is India’s first to adopt a combination of Conarc Technology for both steel-making and compact strip production. Being one the largest manufacturers of steel in India, JSW needed a top-tier facility management company that could adhere to its high standards of maintenance. Based on our experience across industrial facilities and a strong track record of performance, SILA has been awarded a first of its kind “Automated Environmental Services” contract for maintenance and upkeep of the facilities at Dolvi.

 

Services Provided

 

SILA brought its core forte of merging technology and processes to provide an environment friendly, cost efficient automation first solution for the maintenance and upkeep of one of the largest production facilities in the country. The equipment usage across JSW plants serviced by SILA varies from heavy-duty vehicles such as Vacuum Trucks, JCBs and Bobcats to back pack vacuum cleaners for elevated areas. 

Services provided by SILA spanned from housekeeping, cleaning and disinfection to industrial waste management & equipment downtime maintenance with personnel trained on-site with respect to safety and security. The integration of technology helped in the smooth and efficient management of operations increased productivity and clean reporting.
