CM&D SILA has been appointed by Pepperfry to rollout two locations for their furniture studios in the Western region. SILA being the interior contractor, completed the project within due course of time.

 

CHALLENGES

The Process of execution had last moment design changes. Large number of structural repairs required to the structure restricted working hours due to society and government rules. Weather conditions often resulted in power outages and thus created unwanted challenges for us.

CM&D SILA is proud to note that our team developed a detailed design schedule. We improved design deliverable package with well defined specifications and greater level of drawing details. Brought in a high level interior contractor to execute and showed considerable savings over North Zone. Delivered high quality finished studios within the timeline. Developed site due diligence criteria. Liaised with the landlord and negotiated structural and civil repairs.
