We began servicing the Piramal Healthcare Group of Companies in February 2011. It was an honor as being a fairly inexperienced company at that time, SILA was handed a pilot project contract at one of the group smaller offices in HCC 247, Vikhroli.

Our team successfully managed the office, beating performance targets over the course of the year. Over the past 3 years, we have been successful in taking over most of the Piramal Group’s assets in Mumbai. Our sites include large Corporate Offices and a Medical Diagnostic Center and Laboratory.


SILA provides Integrated Facility Management Services at the groups offices and buildings across Mumbai. We currently service Piramal Annex & Piramal Realty at Lower Parel, Piramal Healthcare at Vikhroli West, and Piramal Real Estate at Thane.


SILA is able to create value by increasing Piramal Group’s ability to focus on their core business, while SILA is taking care of their facility related needs through its integrated facility management services. We have also given client access to our online ERP System – SILA Connect, to track our daily operations and improve efficiency.

The focus is mastering technology and project content by securing critical internal and external talent.
