Sahil Vora is the Founder of SILA, bringing over 19 years of experience that combines global finance expertise with a deep understanding of India’s real estate landscape. After starting his career at George Weiss Associates, a $3 billion hedge fund in New York, Sahil returned to India to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions. In 2010, he co-founded SILA with his brother Rushabh, aiming to professionalize real estate services and infrastructure in India.
A graduate in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford, Sahil also captained the college’s 15-time National Collegiate Champion squash team. Known for his visionary leadership, he was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine’s '35 under 35' list in 2018. Sahil continues to steer SILA’s growth with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and delivering long-term value across businesses.
Rushabh Vora is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of SILA, a company he has helped grow into one of India’s leading real estate services and development platforms. With 18 years of experience, including a decade and a half at SILA, Rushabh brings deep industry insight and a global perspective to the business. Before returning to India to start SILA, he traded currency options in Singapore and worked in investment banking in New York with Cantor Fitzgerald, UBS, and Lazard.
An alumnus of INSEAD, he also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Chinese from Trinity College, USA. His entrepreneurial drive and strategic vision have been instrumental in building SILA’s integrated approach to real estate. Alongside his brother and co-founder Sahil, Rushabh continues to lead the company with a strong focus on innovation, execution, and long-term value creation.
Raghav, with over 13 years of diverse experience, is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Bristol. He began his career at Repucom, leading media and sponsorship analytics for clients like Pepsico, TATA, and IPL franchises.
He later led operations at Mr. Homecare’s Bangalore office. Since joining SILA in 2015, Raghav has been instrumental in scaling the company through strategic thinking, operational excellence, and team building. His deep understanding of the real estate services space and commitment to value creation make him a key contributor to SILA’s continued growth and leadership.
Milind brings over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant to SILA, with extensive expertise in investor relations, IPO preparation, and DRHP filing. He excels in strategic business management, driving P&L activities, and improving profitability and productivity. His career includes senior roles where he has collaborated with top management on strategic vision, fostering relationships with banks and financial institutions and negotiating contracts.
As Group CFO at a previous organization, Milind managed an annual turnover of over ₹4,000 CR, overseeing financial operations, securing working capital, finalizing acquisition proposals, and ensuring statutory compliance. He was instrumental in implementing internal control systems, automating financial health reporting, and improving month-end financial reporting efficiency. His prior experience has further solidified his ability to drive growth and operational excellence, improve product margins, and manage complex financial activities.
Milind holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com. from RDVV University, Jabalpur.
Hari is a highly experienced professional in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, with a focus on Real Estate and Capital Markets. With over 16 years of experience, Hari has successfully completed a variety of transactions including private capital raising, M&A, asset divestments, and equity capital markets.
During his tenure at Lodha Group, Hari completed over US$ 1 billion in Real Estate fundraising with top-tier investors including KKR, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Piramal Capital, HDFC Capital, and Varde Partners. He also successfully led the execution of Lodha Group’s proposed IPO in 2018.
Prior to joining Lodha Group, Hari spent over 8.5 years with Macquarie Capital, where he helped set up Real Estate JVs and investment platforms for developers and capital providers such as Piramal Capital, Godrej Group, and SP Group. These transactions brought in global investors such as APG, CPPIB, ADB, and IFC.
Hari began his career at ICICI Securities, where he worked for two years as a capital market associate. During this time, he independently led the execution of multiple IPO and QIP transactions.
Rahul's journey began at Cornerstone Talent Experience, his responsibilities included managing several high-profile sports personalities, including notable figures like Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli.
After a successful start in his career, Rahul pursued a Master's degree from the University of Nottingham, where he further honed his skills and knowledge. Returning to the professional arena, he worked at India Capital Markets, handling diverse responsibilities such as intra-day trading and wealth management.
Rahul's journey continued at Calyx Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, where he achieved the "Performer of the Quarter" title three times and played a key role in expanding the company's business presence in Southeast Asia. His remarkable journey at SILA, where he started as a Manager and now serves as a Director, has been marked by numerous awards and a strategic role in expanding SILA's presence in important regions, including Gujarat and Bengal. Rahul's extensive experience, impressive track record, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member at SILA.
Vinay Deshmukh is a prominent figure in Facility Management with over 30 years of experience. He is renowned for his scientific mechanized approach to cleaning and is the pioneer of an Integrated Facility Management company that operates successfully on national and international levels. With multiple
awards to his name, Vinay believes that post-COVID-19, Facility Management has become an enticing business opportunity. He is committed to the vision of building happy, healthy relationships with customers, society, and the environment.
Leila Surti, Head of Marketing at SILA, brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and brand strategy. She began her career at Edelman in New York before moving to Mumbai, and later held leadership roles at LinOpinion, heading its Corporate, Finance, and Consumer practices.
Leila also served as Head of External Communications at Barclays Bank India. Since 2018, she has advised brands through her own communications practice. At SILA, she leads brand and communication efforts across verticals, driving visibility, supporting business growth, and aligning marketing strategy with the company’s overall objectives.
Anupama, with over 25 years of leadership experience across sectors and geographies, has a proven track record of transforming complex business units into high-performing, results-driven teams. Before SILA, she held leadership roles at Brookfield Properties and VAR Facility Management Solutions, and founded My Bluebottle, a home services venture.
Her early career includes roles at Condo Protego and Intel’s Teach to the Future Program. Anupama holds an MBA, a Master’s in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Administration, driving strategic growth at SILA.
Aniket, bringing over 16 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, and strategy. He began his career at Rohan Lifescapes and later worked at KPMG India, EY New York, Lodha Group, and WeWork India. His expertise spans M&A, valuation, asset management, and large-scale transactions across major Indian metros.
An MBA graduate from Cornell University and a CFA, Aniket has driven strategic initiatives at firms like Lodha’s Palava project and WeWork’s 3+ million sq. ft. portfolio. At SILA, he leads with a focus on operational excellence and innovative business processes.
Ankit brings over 14 years of experience in construction management, process design, and implementation. He currently leads the Real Estate Advisory practice at SILA, where he is responsible for driving strategy, client relationships, and execution of key projects. Prior to joining SILA, Ankit worked with L&T Construction, where he managed large-scale infrastructure and building projects, gaining hands-on experience in project execution and stakeholder management.
At Fabspace, he focused on optimizing construction processes and implementing systems to improve efficiency. Ankit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. His strong technical background, coupled with strategic acumen, positions him as a key contributor to SILA’s growth in the real estate advisory and consulting space.
Rushang brings over 16 years of expertise in real estate development, project management, and consulting. He rejoined SILA after a brief hiatus, having earlier scaled the Advisory & Contracting Solutions vertical as Head of Projects. Under his leadership, the team grew from 2 to 30, EBITDA margins rose from 8% to 20%, and marquee clients were onboarded.
He has led Development Management for projects across Mumbai, Alibaug, and Rajkot. Previously, Rushang worked with consulting firms like Quantum, Protiviti, and KPMG in risk advisory and capital project consulting, and began his career with Abhikram, Uniefy Consulting, and Dharnidhar Constructions in development roles..
Jai is a seasoned professional specializing in commercial strategy and operational excellence, with over 15 years of experience in material handling equipment rentals and supply chain logistics. His expertise lies in optimizing business performance, enhancing efficiency, and driving strategic growth. He has led business units in both multinational and Indian organizations, driving commercial strategy, financial planning, and business development.
Before joining SILA, Jai served as Business Head at TARON Material Handling Equipment, a 100% subsidiary of LEAP India Pvt. Ltd., where he led nationwide operations and equipment rental business and was responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations and strategic direction of the business. Prior to that, he was General Manager at Jost’s Engineering Company Ltd, where he managed operations for its rental arm and drove financial and operational turnaround strategies.
Jai began his career with BC Equipment Trading Pvt. Ltd. (GEAR) and was instrumental in scaling its operations across India. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wales, London.
Abzal brings over 16 years of HR experience, with deep expertise in facility management and strategic talent acquisition. At SILA, he leads key HR initiatives focused on streamlining processes, building scalable talent strategies, and supporting organizational growth. Prior to joining SILA, he was Head of Talent Acquisition at Dusters Total Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in driving recruitment and strategic HR efforts.
He has also worked with CareerNet Technologies, TeamLease Services Ltd, and Quess Corp, leading internal recruitment across business units. Abzal’s strategic approach continues to strengthen SILA’s talent engine and align HR goals with business objectives.
Saahil has over 16 years of experience across Real Estate, Sports, and FoodTech industries. Having worked across three continents with organizations like FC Goa, RBC, and ChefHero, he brings a global and multicultural perspective. Saahil holds an international MBA in Performance Management from Regenesys Business School and certifications in Hospitality and Football Management.
At SILA, he leads HR Operations, Talent Management, and Organizational Development, focusing on leadership development, performance, and culture-building. Known for his people-first approach, Saahil champions a workplace rooted in growth, inclusion, and employee empowerment.
Shivang Kagzi is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience and a strong background in financial management and operational excellence. His journey through a diverse range of industries has shaped him into a valuable addition to our leadership team.
Shivang holds an MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly known as Cass Business School).
He began his career at Ernst & Young (EY), where he earned recognition by winning the EY Excellerator Award. This accolade was bestowed upon him for his remarkable contributions within a workforce of over 6,000 employees. After his time at EY, Shivang continued to hone his skills by joining the Avista Advisory Group (an affiliate of Houlihan Lokey), where he furthered his expertise in Investment Banking.
Then on to Sharda Lab Private Limited, as the Co-founder and C.O.O., Shivang played a pivotal role in setting up an FDA-approved public testing laboratory. His efforts contributed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in testing procedures.
Moving forward, as the second lead for the entire division at Creative Textile Mills Private Limited, Shivang Kagzi was instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing the company's market position. His innovative strategies and financial acumen played a key role in the company's success.
Subsequently, at Saurashtra Freight Private Limited, Shivang continued to make a significant impact by leveraging his financial expertise in the logistics and transportation sector as well as managing the treasury of over Rs 1,200 mn.
Gokul, brings 17 years of cross-industry experience spanning fashion retail, real estate, media, and tourism. With qualifications in Finance, Law, and a Post Graduate Program in Management, he is known for driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Before SILA, he was COO at Papa Don’t Preach and has held leadership roles at Shopsense Retail, Tata Housing, and Reliance Brands.
His early experience includes Mediascope Publicitas and Cox & Kings. Gokul’s process-oriented approach, diverse expertise, and strength in building high-performing teams contribute significantly to SILA’s operations in the northern region.
Om is a people-focused management professional with over 16 years of international experience spanning sales, marketing, operations, and consulting. An MBA graduate from Manchester Business School, he brings proven expertise in strategy, business development, and cross-functional leadership.
As Marketing Strategy Manager at Hilti Great Britain, Om led key strategic projects, driving the leasing business model for Northern Europe and building strong partnerships across Sales, Finance, and Legal to enable impactful customer migrations. Throughout his career, he has delivered results through initiatives in cost optimization, resource management, and talent retention—blending analytical insight with a collaborative approach to achieve business growth.
Alugaddala Lakshmipathy (LP), with over 15 years of experience, including 12 years in the U.S. construction industry, holds a degree in Construction Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. LP has led complex projects across sectors like education, residential, commercial, and data centers during his time at Turner Construction and The Lane Construction Corporation.
A LEED Accredited Professional, he also holds certifications including OSHA 30 and USACE Construction Quality Management. At SILA, he brings global expertise and operational rigor to drive excellence across southern operations.
Natasha Jain is the Head of SILA Engage and CRM, with 13 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and client engagement. A design graduate from NIFD with an MBA in Design Management, she began her career with Reliance Retail and TATA Westside in category management and buying.
At Pepperfry, she gained valuable exposure to the online furniture space. Since joining SILA in 2020, Natasha has led ESG and client engagement initiatives, crafting purpose-driven strategies that strengthen stakeholder relationships. With a creative yet structured approach, she aligns SILA’s client experience with its long-term vision, delivering impact through innovation and relationship-building.
