I started my journey with SILA 12 years ago as a field officer. SILA feels like my own company. Everyone's emotions & opinions are always considered and it's wonderful how we are getting more organised and towards automation by the day. It's a fun place to work.

The industry we are in is dynamic and I have had opportunities to work on everything from Construction Management, Interior fit-outs, and Real Estate Advisory. SILA is definitely a place to be in!

I came to SILA 12 years ago to interview for a role in Security Operations, today I lead the department for the company, with over 16000+ employees. The opportunity to grow and the support of the promoters, Sahil Vora and Rushabh Vora and the various teams have made this possible.

There are times in your life which can be counted as milestones of your career. For me, SILA has definitely been one of those. I started as a junior executive in the Accounts department and now lead Procurement for the entire facility management business. Looking forward to continuous growth and support. Thank you SILA!
