Sahil returned to India to pursue his entrepreneurial passion after working at George Weiss Associates, a $3 billion hedge fund in New York. Along with his younger brother Rushabh, Sahil started SILA to explore opportunities in the Indian Real Estate sector.
He holds a degree in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford, where he captained the 15-time National Collegiate Champions Men’s squash team. His leadership capabilities and track record led him to be named in Entrepreneur Magazine’s ’35 under 35′ list in 2018.
Rushabh traded currency options in Singapore and worked in Investment banking in New York with Cantor Fitzgerald, UBS, and Lazard before returning to India to start SILA. Rushabh holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Chinese from Trinity College, USA. Together with his brother Sahil, Rushabh decided to begin an Integrated Real Estate Services and Development Platform, which they have scaled to become one of the leading Real Estate companies in India.
Raghav’s illustrious career began after he completed his Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Bristol. He was offered a role as an Assistant General Manager at Repucom, where he oversaw the production team’s data analysis based on client requirements and ensured timely delivery. His impressive portfolio of clients included Pepsico, TATA, Hero India, IPL team franchises, and Viacom 18, among others, for whom he worked on Media and Sponsorship evaluation projects.
Raghav later joined Mr. Homecare, where he led the Bangalore city office for 4 years. However, his current stint at SILA, spanning over a decade, has been his most commendable journey to date.
Hari is a highly experienced professional in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, with a focus on Real Estate and Capital Markets. With over 16 years of experience, Hari has successfully completed a variety of transactions including private capital raising, M&A, asset divestments, and equity capital markets.
During his tenure at Lodha Group, Hari completed over US$ 1 billion in Real Estate fundraising with top-tier investors including KKR, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Piramal Capital, HDFC Capital, and Varde Partners. He also successfully led the execution of Lodha Group’s proposed IPO in 2018.
Prior to joining Lodha Group, Hari spent over 8.5 years with Macquarie Capital, where he helped set up Real Estate JVs and investment platforms for developers and capital providers such as Piramal Capital, Godrej Group, and SP Group. These transactions brought in global investors such as APG, CPPIB, ADB, and IFC.
Hari began his career at ICICI Securities, where he worked for two years as a capital market associate. During this time, he independently led the execution of multiple IPO and QIP transactions.
Milind brings over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant to SILA, with extensive expertise in investor relations, IPO preparation, and DRHP filing. He excels in strategic business management, driving P&L activities, and improving profitability and productivity. His career includes senior roles where he has collaborated with top management on strategic vision, fostering relationships with banks and financial institutions and negotiating contracts.
As Group CFO at a previous organization, Milind managed an annual turnover of over ₹4,000 CR, overseeing financial operations, securing working capital, finalizing acquisition proposals, and ensuring statutory compliance. He was instrumental in implementing internal control systems, automating financial health reporting, and improving month-end financial reporting efficiency. His prior experience has further solidified his ability to drive growth and operational excellence, improve product margins, and manage complex financial activities.
Milind holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com. from RDVV University, Jabalpur.
Aniket has 13 years of experience in various companies. He started his career at Rohan Lifescapes, where he helped senior management with raising money for Real Estate projects and developing internal systems.
After that, he worked at KPMG India in their Corporate Finance team, where he dealt with M&A, Strategy, and Valuation engagements across Media & Consumer, IT ITES and Logistics corporations.
Aniket received his MBA from Cornell University and later worked at EY in New York, where he helped improve and implement engagements for Fortune 500 companies.
He has also worked at Lodha Group and WeWork India. At Lodha, he was part of the Strategy team and worked closely on various projects at Palava (a 4,500 acre township in Mumbai) and Commercial assets across Mumbai. At WeWork, he was responsible for 3+ Mn sq. ft. transactions across Mumbai, Bangalore, NCR, Hyderabad & Pune.
His strategic initiatives, Asset Management expertise and innovative foresight have helped these companies set up better processes.
Ankit has over 10 years of work experience and is currently leading the Real Estate Advisory practice at SILA. In his previous organizations, L&T Construction and Fabspace, Ankit has worked extensively on construction management, process design & implementation.
Ankit holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur and an MBA from ISB, Hyderabad.
Vinay Deshmukh is a prominent figure in Facility Management with over 30 years of experience. He is renowned for his scientific mechanized approach to cleaning and is the pioneer of an Integrated Facility Management company that operates successfully on national and international levels. With multiple
awards to his name, Vinay believes that post-COVID-19, Facility Management has become an enticing business opportunity. He is committed to the vision of building happy, healthy relationships with customers, society, and the environment.
With over 13 years of work experience, Alysha has a diverse background in fashion, marketing, business development, finance, and media. She began her career as a Vendor Management Specialist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She ensured contractual commitments were met while optimizing price, quality, delivery, and risk.
She then moved on to CNBC Asia as a News Assistant and Assistant Producer, where she created and produced content for live business news shows. Her experience also includes serving as the India Head of Business Coordination at Pharmamatch BV, a Netherlands-based pharmaceutical consulting firm. She managed manufacturing and sales activities, as well as third-party contract manufacturing.
Additionally, as the Marketing Manager at Project Eve, a premium fashion retail chain, she developed and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy, including events, fashion shows, workshops, and social media campaigns.
In the fashion industry, Alysha served as the Founder and Designer of SIOLI – Resort Wear, a niche fashion label focusing on resort and beach wear for the Indian market.
With her strong background in marketing, fashion, finance, and business development, Alysha’s current role as Assistant General Manager at SILA, where she leads the Marketing team, allows her to leverage her skills and drive innovative growth in the Real Estate sector.
Shailesh is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in the industry. His expertise lies in crafting and implementing comprehensive business strategies encompassing various facets of real estate management. With a strong background in business management, construction management, design management, feasibility studies and due diligence, Shailesh has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex real estate projects successfully.
He began his journey at IDES Pvt. Ltd (formerly Consulting Engineers Corp). He subsequently transitioned to Essar Projects, which provided him with valuable experience in project control and management. His career then led him to Oberoi Realty, where he played an instrumental role in driving the successful execution of various real estate projects. Shailesh also had a significant tenure at Edelweiss Financial Services for 7 years, where he became a key player in the industry, honing his expertise in financial services and real estate.

Shivang Kagzi is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience and a strong background in financial management and operational excellence. His journey through a diverse range of industries has shaped him into a valuable addition to our leadership team.
Shivang holds an MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly known as Cass Business School).Rahul's journey began at Cornerstone Talent Experience, his responsibilities included managing several high-profile sports personalities, including notable figures like Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli.
After a successful start in his career, Rahul pursued a Master's degree from the University of Nottingham, where he further honed his skills and knowledge. Returning to the professional arena, he worked at India Capital Markets, handling diverse responsibilities such as intra-day trading and wealth management.
Rahul's journey continued at Calyx Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, where he achieved the "Performer of the Quarter" title three times and played a key role in expanding the company's business presence in Southeast Asia. Tejas brings an experience spanning nearly two decades, shaping success across diverse landscapes of the Indian Banking and Real Estate Sector. Tejas began his career at ICICI Bank, managing multi-crore portfolios for high-net-worth individuals. He then moved onto Axis Bank with a similar role, demonstrating a consistent track record of excellence.
At TATA Realty & Infrastructure Ltd., he worked on diverse asset classes. His expertise in facility management unlocked significant value, boosting asset valuations. Tejas established his firm, providing both facility management and brokerage services for 6 years. Catering to a prestigious clientele, his firm thrived on providing simple, cost-effective and efficient solutions.
Before joining SILA, he served as Vertical Head at BVG India, further enriching his leadership skills.
Gautam leads SILA's international brand and marketing initiatives, bringing with him vast experience of the UK and European market. His background includes analysing listed media and marketing companies across North America and Europe, and consulting with large cap consumer brands on their product development and media marketing strategy.
Gautam brings across a deep technical knowledge of direct response as well and brand marketing, having worked with media technology platforms such as Rocketfuel as well as consulting on brand campaigns for listed FTSE 100 retail brands.
More recently, he has worked with boutique Indian service brands spanning fashion and interior design such as Nikita Pai Design studios and Valliyan jewellery, helping with their new market entry and expansion strategies.
With his strong background in finance, media, business development and strategy, Gautam is focused on accelerating Sila's international expansion across its entire suite of Real Estate services businesses.
